In 2012, we had discovered a listing for some apartments we wanted to look at, so we asked around for an experienced multi family realtor, John was recommended to us. Thanks John for all you have done for us in the sale of our building. I was expecting some cancellation or something but today everything went through and we have a positive sale.  You worked hard on a few other clients and it seemed that these buyers just came out of the wood work. It is funny because I suggested to Dave that when the listing was up that we would just leave it off the market for a while and move back and take care of it ourselves.  I attribute most things to a higher power but I also know some people work very hard to make things happen and you are one of them!
